While we have a wealth of expertise in leadership training of all kinds, our focus is to work strictly with groups who are committed to grow and nurture leadership potential within your company, school, or organization.
The Leadership Garden principles and practices are detailed in the U.N.I.Q.U.E.: Growing the Leader Within book and audio version in CD or MP3 format. Both 
include reader exercises.
The book and/or audio book version can be used in two ways: a personal self-guided journey or a group journey.
Our services are designed specifically to help facilitate your journey to grow and sprout individual and collective Leadership Gardens.
Leader Balance Workshop:
Each individual brings their own unique perspective, agenda, and behaviors to a group. These individual perspectives, agendas, and behaviors either impede or enhance the group process. Learning to balance, blend, and expand the four leader behaviors: visualize, organize, harmonize, and energize is essential to the success of the group and the individual in balancing work, home, and play. This workshop is designed to:
- identify your current leader behavior balance through the Leader Balance Wheel exercise
- assess your group balance and how you can most effectively contribute your strengths
- understand the thriving and surviving tendencies and challenges of each behavior you and your group may face and ways to overcome these barriers
Length: 2 hours
Group size: 10-100 participants
Type of group: Any business, coalition, or organization that has a mission and goal that is dependent upon effective teamwork will benefit.
Leadership Garden Principles & Practices Seminar:
This one day seminar is a step-by-step facilitated journey into how to grow, nurture, and express your individual or group purpose and goals. It is designed to:
- distinguish the two Leadership Garden conditions
- learn how to balance the four key leader behaviors
- integrate leader-friendly gardening practices
- invent or clarify your unique purpose and aim
- understand and utilize the attributes effective leadership
- learn the circle of commitment and understand the
"Commitment Paradox" - practice effective communication
Length: 8 hours
Group size: 10-50
Type of group: Any businesses, coalition, or organization that wants to integrate effective leadership principles and practices into their group process or an organization that wants to provide an individual leadership training opportunity for their membership in a group setting.
Leadership Garden Retreat:
This two day customized retreat includes the Leadership Garden Seminar learning objectives above in an experiential learning process. It is a working retreat that takes your group deep into the core of your mission and examines your 
group interactions from the inside out. It is designed to empower and strengthen your most valuable asset, the leadership of each individual to grow and nurture your company or organization to thrive.
Length: 2 days
Group size: 8-32

Coaching:
Our focus is to empower individuals and groups to grow their leader within. To support the individual, Debra created the Leadership Garden Coach Blog to expand upon the messages inside the book and share her insights from her own journey to grow Leadership Garden Enterprises LLC.
